I was so surprised how these came out, they were so good! You HAVE to try these!
Ingredients:
2 cups all purpose flour 3 eggs ¼ cup butter, melted 3 tablespoons granulated sugar 3 cups milk
To Make: In a large bowl, combine flour, eggs, butter, and sugar, stirring until ingredients are slightly mixed.
Add the milk ½ cup at a time, stir, making sure the milk is completely incorporated into the batter and that the batter is smooth before adding more milk. Repeat with the rest of the milk. (The batter should be very liquidy and have no lumps blend if needed) In a pan over medium heat, pour ⅓ cup of the batter in the center and swirl the batter around the edges of the pan until set.
Set in pan
Flip over, when ready
I loved these flavors, they go great with the crepe.
Here's the recipe idea for the Berry crepe:
First: stir the berry's over simmer on the stove (until warm)
While you are doing that: Get a separate pan and melt chocolate (I used caramel chocolate)
Then after warmed and heated, put berry's and chocolate onto crepe. After that, put it together Or cut it in half and enjoy!
Here's the recipe for the banana chocolate crepe: First: melt chocolate in pan, While it's melting cut banana's in slices. Then when it's ready add onto crepe
