3 color smoothie

A 3 color smoothie, another way of getting your kids to drink great! Kid Side: It has many colors, it's yummy, and they can't get enough. Parent Side: Natural colors, healthy, natural sugar, and it's easy to make!

You won't believe me how easy this is to make!

What you need:

A whole banana

Blueberries

Carton of vanilla yogurt

1: Blend banana add 1/2 of a cup into cup

2: Blend blueberry's add 1/4 of a cup into cup

3: Add yougurt until top of cup (The cup you going to drink)

4: There is no 4, your done!
