Have any left-over cake? You can still use it! All you need to do is this:

You don't want your cake to be to moist, but if it is you can just put it in the freezer;

First: Take your cake and roll it into a ball with frosting combined. Add on sprinkles or dip in chocolate, if it is not that moist like this one, do not put it in the freezer, but if it is very moist it is better if you do.
